About the 32nd CIO Workshop
The CIO Workshop was created and piloted by Accenture USA in 1986. The CIO Workshop was introduced by Accenture Singapore in 1988 for the first time and was jointly organised in partnership with the Information Technology Management Association (ITMA). Since then, CIO Workshop has become a yearly event and takes on a dual location format. Delegates are given the opportunity to travel, learn from, and network with their peers from another Asian city during the second leg of the workshop.
The Venue
Singapore: Changi Experience Studio
Overseas: Tokyo, Japan
What We Did
Since 2016, we helped organise and execute the CIO workshop for a few years running.
In 2019, we accepted the challenge to design and manage the Changi Experience Studio for the 32nd CIO Workshop. We designed the space to accommodate about 400 people, an LED wall as well as Sponsors’ booths. The catering experience was also specially curated to match the theme of “Digital Transformation”.
As the workshop continued on to Tokyo, we were involved in the itinerary planning and all aspects of logistics management. From flight bookings to accommodation as well as meals & transportation, we handled everything.
